Please bring your proof of purchase receipt for any warranty claim.

PVC Furniture

Residential use 10 Year on frame only from manufacturers defects (not scratches or chips) with proper maintenance care.  

Commercial use  5 Year on frames from manufacturers defects (not scratches or chips) with proper maintenance care.

Aluminum Furniture

Commercial Frame Warranty: warranties on frames to the original buyers - 10 years against defects in craftmanship and materials. Finish is warranted for 3 years against peeling or blistering only. This is also a limited warranty.  

Residential Frame Warranty: warranties on frames to the original buyers - 20 years against defects in craftsmanship and materials. This is a limited warranty. Finish is warranted for 3 years against peeling or blistering only. This is also a limited warranty.

Cushions:   2 year guarantee with proper maintenance care. 

Umbrella: 1 Year guarantee from Mfg. defects (not rust or wind damage)  

Glider Arms: Do not oil glider arms – all arms are pre-lubricated w/ bearing grease. 5 Year guarantee does not include rust

Fiberglass Tops: 2 year guarantee from manufacturers defects (not scratches or chips) with proper maintenance care.
